Don’t let the cool-factor of this group fool you! Serious skills are getting cross-trained to prepare teens and young adults for functional success in the real-world. Along with getting an awesome body workout, these athletes build their self-esteem, positive attitudes, social skills, work ethic, planning and life skills (self-care) through structured and intense intervals. Due to their age and upcoming transition into adulthood, teaching a sense of personal responsibility and social accountability are forefront in every class.‚Äč
