All classes are 55 minutes in length.

Athletes should come prepared to class with their own water, towel and appropriate footwear (no Crocs please!)

Please do not drop off athletes on Arroyo Parkway. We kindly request that athletes do not arrive to class more than 5 minutes before class begins. A parent/guardian/caretaker should supervise athletes until class begins.

Supervision is not provided after class ends. All athletes should be picked up on time. It is requested that parents/guardians/caretakers are in the studio 5-10 minutes before class ends to ensure that supervision can be provided when class ends. Late pick-ups will be assessed a $10 fee in 5-minute increments and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Parking is available directly in front of our studio, #4, or in front of the numbered spaces #2, #3, #4, #5 and #8 ONLY. Parking is prohibited in front of #1 and #7.

BB360 is closed in observance of New Year’s Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday (Friday after Thanksgiving), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Make-ups are not provided for scheduled holidays.

A valid credit card must be kept on file to keep memberships active. We are unable to accept cash or checks. Memberships are charged on the 5th, 15th or 20th of every month.

Two levels of memberships are offered:

1. Auto Pay Monthly Membership: Financial commitment of 1-month (4 classes). Membership is auto-renewed and the agreement will continue month to month thereafter until athlete or athlete’s parent/guardian cancels with a 30 day written notice in the form of e-mail to info@bb360training.com.

2. Six-Month: Financial commitment of 6 months. The credit card on file will be charged on the same day every month for a period of 6 months. If an athlete needs to stop in the middle of their 6-month commitment, the remainder of the balance will be immediately due and charged to the credit card on file. Membership is auto-renewed and the agreement will continue month to month thereafter until athlete or athlete’s parent/guardian cancels with a 30 day written notice in the form of e-mail to info@bb360training.com.

We do not offer make-up sessions. While we want to be flexible with the many commitments that our families have, we have found that offering make-up sessions can negatively impact the integrity of our classes. This integrity is grounded in the careful construction of each class, which takes into account class size, athlete-staff ratios, staff availability, the profiles of each athlete and the fit of each athlete within a certain class. With your membership, you reserve a spot on a certain day(s)/time(s), and this helps us facilitate a class that can take into account the individual needs of each athlete and the needs of the group as a whole. Ultimately, it is important to us to offer a program that is meaningful to each athlete at BB360.

Each class at BB360 is composed thoughtfully and purposefully, taking into account each athlete’s needs, goals and profiles. Each spot in each class is specifically assigned to an athlete and staff, curriculum and resources are allocated accordingly. Athletes who wish to stop attendance at BB360, even temporarily, will “give up” their assigned spot. Spots can be retained during their absence by continuing to pay monthly membership fees. This will ensure that an athlete can return to the class that they were originally assigned. BB360 does not prorate for time off.

Some athletes require 1:1 coaching during class in order to access the BB360 curriculum. If BB360 staff assesses a 1:1 coach to be necessary, BB360 staff will discuss the reasons for this recommendation directly with the athlete/family in a timely manner (i.e., when it becomes noticeable that an athlete needs a 1:1 coach). In order to maintain the program’s integrity, only BB360-trained coaches can serve as 1:1 coaches. For this reason, outside staff, parents and family members who are not BB360 trained cannot provide 1:1 coaching assistance. Due to the evolving and ever-changing needs of our athletes, BB360 holds the right to make this recommendation at any time.

All semi-private and private training sessions are paid up front, non-refundable and subject to availability. A valid credit card must be on file and will be charged accordingly.

If an athlete demonstrates threatening or aggressive behavior towards themselves or others (verbal, gestural, physical or all three), formal action will be taken. Formal action may include but is not limited to: transition to a private training setting, suspension, and removal from class or the program. Inclusion back into the group setting will be considered when threatening or aggressive behaviors are eliminated. This is at the discretion of the BB360 coaches.

All visits need to be scheduled. No walk-ins allowed. We take the privacy of our athletes and families seriously.

We understand that property damage, intentional or unintentional, can occur. If damage occurs, a professional will estimate the repair. This estimate will be shared with the athlete/family, who is ultimately responsible for the cost of the repair.
